About the Role
The receptionist is the first point of contact for all members and visitors. The role focuses on providing friendly, efficient customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet members and guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Assist members with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate services.
- Manage the front desk area to keep it tidy, safe and well‑organised.
- Maintain accurate records of member visits and cancellations.
- Use basic PC skills to complete front‑desk tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic and customer‑friendly attitude.
- Experience working in a front desk or welcome desk setting is a plus.
- Reliable transport for flexible hours or shift work.
