Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full manufacturing process of custom projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with design specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with factory coordinators to create and manage production schedules.
• Enforce rigorous quality control at all stages of production.
• Monitor material usage and manage stock levels in collaboration with procurement.
• Supervise equipment maintenance and schedule preventative upkeep.
• Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee stock control procedures, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain a safe and clean factory environment.
• Lead and motivate the factory team; provide training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and inspections to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to senior management.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments such as design, procurement, and logistics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a factory/production supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing for the cabinetry, carpentry, shopfitting, or interior fit-out industry is essential.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance and production scheduling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
