Job Overview
The Attendant will operate and monitor a continuous production line in the Mokopane Bakery, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Load pans onto the conveyor until it is full at start‑up.
- Continuously inspect pans and lids for damage, dents, or foreign objects.
- Maintain a constant supply of pans and lids, loading and unloading as needed.
- Visually inspect products for quality and quantity.
- Report all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager promptly.
- Comply with all safety procedures and food‑safety practices.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure security of company assets.
Qualifications
- Matric (high school graduation) is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑player mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in bakery production or a related role preferred.
