About the Role
Tracker Connect is seeking a dedicated Product Support Agent to provide high‑quality assistance to our consumer and corporate clients. You will answer phone and email queries, troubleshoot post‑installation issues, and manage customer data. The role requires a friendly attitude, strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support to existing clients.
- Troubleshoot post‑installation product queries for TomTom, Empower, Skygistics and Skytrax.
- Liaise with branches, consultants and fitment departments.
- Capture, maintain and update customer and vehicle details.
- Communicate with the Cancellation department when handling cancellation requests.
- Perform general office administration (generate reports, investigate roaming incidents, reset passwords).
- Provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create, allocate and follow up on service requests.
- Handle complaints via telephone and email.
- Adhere to scheduled telephony shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- At least one year of call‑centre experience.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Outlook and internet browsers.
- Basic knowledge of telematics, GSM and satellite communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Familiarity with Tracker TMS, CRM, CDS, Skytrax Web and Skytrax Sales Support is a plus.
