Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Slicing Operator to join our production team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of our production line, strictly following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the slicing machinery to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Adhere to all safe working practices and company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the work area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely for all tasks.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team meetings and communications (Invocoms).
• Maximize capacity utilization of the equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Qualification Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate is required.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in a related production environment is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with operating industrial machinery is a strong plus.
