About the Role

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our Marketing team. In this role you will help plan, deliver, and assess integrated marketing campaigns, support product innovation projects aimed at diverse audiences, and gather data to measure and celebrate our impact. You will work closely with various teams to coordinate and execute activities efficiently and provide general administrative support to the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
• Assist with product innovation projects for multiple audiences.
• Collect and analyze data, compile case studies, and produce reports to showcase TTL impact.
• Coordinate and organise work with different teams to ensure timely execution.
• Provide general administrative duties for the Premier Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Advertising.
• Post‑graduate specialisation in Marketing is preferred.
• Graduated within the last 12 months.

Experience

• No prior work experience is required.
• Ad‑hoc roles or internships during study will be viewed favorably.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of marketing theory and digital channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Basic math and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Positive, action‑oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Creative problem‑solving and innovative thinking.
• Organised, detail‑focused approach to work.
• Flexibility and proactivity to achieve results.
