Job Overview
The Marketing and Communications Graduate will support the marketing team with key administrative and coordination tasks that are essential to our operations. This role offers comprehensive exposure to all facets of marketing while working closely with other departments to deliver effective communication initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of work experience in marketing, communications, or a related area.
Key Responsibilities
Communications and Media Management
- Assist in setting, monitoring, and reporting on marketing budgets.
- Perform marketing administration tasks such as creating purchase orders and liaising with the finance department.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on internal messaging and communication processes.
Digital Strategy and Channels
- Develop and implement a LinkedIn content strategy and monitor performance using analytics.
- Maintain external subscriber lists and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Event Management
- Assist in coordinating events, including booking venues, branding, and customer liaison.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers such as media agencies and design companies.
Job Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
