As a Marketing Graduate, you will join our Young Talent Graduate Programme. You will gain hands‑on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns. You will support the creation and launch of local marketing initiatives, adapt global campaigns for the South African market, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver results. This path leads to a role as Lead Go‑To‑Market Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business priorities.
• Create content for blogs, social media, and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Collaborate on email, digital, event, and sales‑aligned marketing.
• Help manage campaign budgets, report performance, and track results.
• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
• Adapt global campaigns for local South African execution.

What we’re looking for

You are creative, proactive, and thrive in fast‑paced environments. You solve problems, communicate clearly, and collaborate with teams. You are bold, confident, and ready to challenge the status quo. Attention to detail and a passion for marketing and learning campaign management are key.

Minimum requirements

• South African citizen, 26 years old or younger.
• Completed or completing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field by the end of 2025.
• Base in Johannesburg; if living outside Gauteng, you must be willing to relocate.
• Has not previously been on a registered internship or graduate program.
