Job Description
Laduma Bet is an exciting new startup in the dynamic online betting industry. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our operations team as Online Betting Clerks / Call Centre Agents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support and ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable betting experience. You will report directly to the Senior Manager and play a key role in building our reputation for excellent service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions professionally via phone, live chat, and email.
- Assist customers with placing bets, understanding odds, and navigating our online platform.
- Provide a friendly, efficient, and professional customer experience at all times.
- Manage customer accounts and process transactions accurately.
- Resolve daily customer account queries and provide timely solutions.
- Work on a shift basis, which will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Educational Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- A tertiary qualification will be a distinct advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Training will be provided to the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
