What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science, Packaging Technology, Industrial/Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic Excellence: Minimum 65% result.
- Communication: Strong communicator, fluent in English.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent reasoning, numeracy and analytical ability.
- Team Player: Ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Adaptability: Willing to relocate and work flexible hours.
- Drive: Self‑starter, service‑oriented, highly tenacious, self‑disciplined and results‑focused.
- Empathy: Understands the goals, drivers and needs of others.
