Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) is a structured programme that blends classroom knowledge with real‑world work experience. It bridges the gap between theory and practice, helping students sharpen the skills they will need after graduation.

Requirements

• Unemployed South African citizens, 18–35 years old.
• Students from TVET Colleges who have completed their N6 qualification.
• Must provide a letter from your institution confirming the completion of the theoretical component and the need for practical experience.
• Open to students in the following fields:

• N6 Electrical Engineering – Electrician, Instrumentation
• N6 Mechanical Engineering – Fitting & Turning, Platter/Boilermaker, Welder
• N6 Civil Engineering – Plumber, Carpenter
• N6 Automotive Engineering – Motor Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Diesel Mechanic
