About the Role

The Warranty Administrator will support Motus Northcliff Multibranch, a Renault & MG dealership, by managing warranty claims. This means receiving requests from customers, checking that claims are valid, and working with manufacturers, service technicians and internal teams to resolve issues. The role ensures that all claims are handled quickly, correctly and in line with company standards, while keeping customers updated and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review warranty claims submitted by customers.
  • Verify the validity of every claim against warranty terms.
  • Process claims in a timely manner and submit them to the manufacturer.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and service technicians on warranty matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims and their status.
  • Communicate claim status updates to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve claim-related issues.
  • Deliver high quality customer service at all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in warranty administration and costing.
  • Preferable experience with Renault warranties.
  • Previous work in a retail motor dealership environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and warranty systems (e.g., DRIVE).
  • Minimum of a senior certificate (Grade 12).
  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
