Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and efficient customer service agent to support our branch’s objectives. The role involves handling all aspects of customer check‑out and check‑in, managing reservations, and providing excellent service while following company quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process check‑in and check‑out transactions in line with company policies.
  • Make, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations.
  • Answer customer queries and deliver high quality service.
  • Complete general office duties: capture fuel, drag into VRVs, track non‑revenue activities, follow up on overdue rentals, scan documents, perform partial billing, and report claims.
  • Record rental deposits, handle lost property recoveries, and maintain vehicle security.
  • Identify and report expired licenses, overdue service dates, and any quality issues.
  • Keep the branch environment clean and tidy.
  • Assist with any additional duties as requested.

Minimum Experience

2 years in a front office or customer service role.

Minimum Qualification

NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent).

Minimum Requirements

  • Code 8 driver’s licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willingness to work overtime, shift work, and weekends when necessary.
