About the Role
The Service Advisor is a key position at Motus Isuzu & Renault Zambezi. You will guide customers through every step of the service process, from initial booking to vehicle pickup, ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust and rapport with customers.
- Coordinate tasks and communicate between customers and technicians.
- Explain vehicle maintenance and repair options clearly.
- Upsell additional services and products to meet sales targets.
- Handle paperwork, service records, and administrative duties.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum Grade 12.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a service department (Service Advisor, Bookings, Costing, Warranty).
- Experience with Isuzu and/or Renault vehicles is a plus.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- OEM Service Advisor certification is an advantage.
