Position Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to achieve sales targets while promoting and enhancing the Auto Pedigree brand in the Thohoyandou area.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record
  • Relevant industry experience (desirable)

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 certificate

Additional Requirements

  • Valid Code 8 unendorsed driver’s license and own transport
  • Computer literacy
  • Understanding of compliance regulations governing the retail industry (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of the area’s most spoken languages (advantageous)
  • Understanding of Auto Pedigree’s products and services (desirable)

Important Note: The appointed person may be required to work weekends and shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities
  • Familiarize yourself with vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features
  • Develop business strategies to reach monthly sales targets
  • Implement specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base
  • Assist with showroom setup and displays
  • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting necessary licenses and documentation
  • Manage customer expectations to ensure effective service delivery
  • Commit fully to achieving sales targets by creating opportunities using your own skills
  • Identify and explore new revenue streams
  • Manage customer escalations and provide feedback
  • Negotiate agreement terms and close sales effectively
