Position Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets and actively promote the Auto Pedigree brand. You will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in customer service and sales, with a verifiable sales track record. Relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
- Qualification: Grade 12 certificate is required.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid, unendorsed Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- An understanding of compliance regulations governing the retail industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the most commonly spoken languages in the area is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Auto Pedigree’s products and services is desirable.
- Important Note: The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work weekends and shifts as required.
Key Job Outputs & Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory, including their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Implement strategies to grow the business and retain the existing customer base.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of showroom displays.
- Accompany customers on test drives, ensuring all necessary documentation and licenses are collected per company best practices.
- Manage customer expectations to guarantee effective service delivery and high satisfaction levels.
- Use initiative to identify and create new sales opportunities and revenue streams.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and provide timely feedback.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and successfully close sales.
