Job Description

The successful candidate will manage the sales of pre‑owned vehicle transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while following established operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and apply proven solutions to operational challenges and raise unresolved issues to the appropriate level.
  • Achieve performance targets in line with set procedures and service level agreements.
  • Report transactional activity promptly to support decision‑making.
  • Operate within governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Offer support and advice to customers to meet service excellence standards.
  • Help design, implement and assess marketing campaigns that boost new vehicle sales.
  • Negotiate prices, finalize sales, and follow up to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with FICA, POPI, and the Customer Protection Act.
  • Manage all leads, pursue prospects, and close sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and accurately.
  • Prevent financial losses by executing work efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric Certificate.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Valid South African driver’s licence.
