Job Description
The successful candidate will manage the sales of pre‑owned vehicle transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while following established operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply proven solutions to operational challenges and raise unresolved issues to the appropriate level.
- Achieve performance targets in line with set procedures and service level agreements.
- Report transactional activity promptly to support decision‑making.
- Operate within governance and compliance frameworks.
- Offer support and advice to customers to meet service excellence standards.
- Help design, implement and assess marketing campaigns that boost new vehicle sales.
- Negotiate prices, finalize sales, and follow up to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain compliance with FICA, POPI, and the Customer Protection Act.
- Manage all leads, pursue prospects, and close sales.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and accurately.
- Prevent financial losses by executing work efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric Certificate.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Valid South African driver’s licence.
