About the Role

We are looking for a recent graduate who is excited about data, innovation and helping shape the future of our business. As a Graduate Intern on our Innovation team you will create Power BI dashboards, apply data‑science techniques and turn raw information into clear, actionable insights. Your work will help decide which ideas move forward and how they succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards to track the innovation funnel and project progress.
• Collect, clean and analyse data related to innovation activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Support the reporting of concepts from ideation through to implementation.
• Work closely with innovation team members and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and leadership in a clear, engaging manner.
• Document data models, reporting processes and dashboard standards for knowledge sharing.
• Help improve data collection and reporting methods continuously.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of Power BI (or similar data visualisation tools).
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or R.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate well in a team.
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt and take initiative.

Desirable Enhancements

• Additional certifications in Power BI, data analytics or related technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with data cleaning, modelling or dashboard projects (academic, personal or professional).
• Familiarity with innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking or Lean Startup.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure) or automation tools.
• Understanding of business processes or innovation management.
