Role Purpose

The Human Capital Graduate role is a 12‑month internship program designed to give interns an in‑depth understanding of Human Capital. Interns will work under the supervision of a registered Industrial Psychologist within MMH.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management
• Postgraduate Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field (advantageous)
• Registered Psychometrist/Industrial Psychologist (advantageous)

Experience

0–1 year of experience in an HR role.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer day‑to‑day operations and administrative tasks of the Human Capital team.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in candidate sourcing and onboarding.
• Help develop and deliver HR training programs, capture and report outcomes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives.

During the internship, a portion of the program will focus on research and project work, providing practical exposure to various functional sections of the organization.
