About the Programme

The Mercedes‑Benz South Africa Development Programme (GDP) 2026 is a structured training and development path that gives recent graduates a chance to gain real‑world experience, work with a world‑class brand and possibly move into a permanent role with us.

Who can apply?

• South African citizens only.
• Graduated within the last 3 years.
• Hold a completed tertiary qualification at NQF Level 6 (Diploma) or Level 7 (Degree or Advanced Diploma) or its equivalent.
• Minimum 65 % average on the final tertiary qualification.
• Strong academic record in one of the following streams:
  • Information Technology / Computer Science
  • Accounting / Financial Management
  • Business Studies (Marketing & Sales)
  • Business Management (Business Processes, Project Management, Administration, Banking, Cost & Management, Customs, Tax)
  • Logistics Management
  • Data Science, Analytics & Informatics

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Certified copies of your tertiary certificate and transcript.
• Certified copy of your ID.
• Up‑to‑date contact phone number and e‑mail address.
• CV (PDF, small file size recommended).
