About the Role

MAN Financial Services is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Liaison Officer to join our team. This role is the vital link between our company and our valued customers. You will be responsible for ensuring clear communication, resolving inquiries promptly, and delivering exceptional service that upholds our company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide customers with accurate and detailed information regarding our financial products and services.
  • Liaise effectively between customers and various internal departments to facilitate quick and efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive and detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Support the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels, escalating any significant concerns to management as necessary.
  • Assist the Area Manager or Key Accounts Manager in preparing deal submissions for credit approval.
  • Finalize contract and security documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate for payout processing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or client relations role.
  • Solid knowledge of financial products and an understanding of relevant regulatory requirements is essential.
