Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized Legal Data Entry Specialist to support our legal research and documentation operations. The successful candidate will identify, extract, and enter relevant legal case information from various databases and court dockets into internal systems with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and review legal databases, court dockets, and public records to identify relevant cases.
  • Extract and accurately record key case details, including parties involved, case numbers, filing dates, jurisdictions, and outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all data entered into internal systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information in compliance with data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with legal researchers and analysts to verify and clarify case information.
  • Monitor updates to court dockets and legal databases for new or modified case details.
  • Utilize AI‑driven tools and data validation technologies to improve data accuracy and detect discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Identify and recommend AI‑based process improvements, including automation of repetitive data entry tasks, smart document recognition, and predictive analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new AI and data management solutions to optimize workflow performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a related administrative field.
  • Experience with legal or law library research is highly preferred.
  • Strong data entry and information management skills.
  • Comfortable using phone and computer‑based systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, growth mindset, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience is welcomed.
