Job Summary
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and computer‑literate individual to join our team as an Admin Clerk: Data Capturer. The role involves accurately entering patient information and medical aid details from doctors’ report forms, ensuring all data is processed correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture patient and medical aid information from doctors’ reports with precision.
- Ensure data is entered accurately and within the required timeframes.
- Order stationery, source equipment, and manage uniform supplies to keep the department well‑equipped.
- Assist on the switchboard when needed to support daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and follow the company dress code.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Grade 12 education or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience is acceptable.
- Basic computer literacy; comfortable using data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good business numeracy and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to shift work and varying depot responsibilities.
- Customer‑orientated mindset with empathy and professionalism.
