About the Role
We are looking for a tech‑savvy, customer‑focused Sales Consultant to join our team at the East Rand Mall store. In this role you will:
- Maximise sales opportunities by providing personalised, hands‑on experiences with the latest Apple technology and services.
- Approach and engage customers proactively to understand their needs.
- Present comprehensive solutions that deliver memorable experiences.
- Work closely with the team to support a culture of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one coaching to customers on Apple products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage purchase decisions.
- Maintain knowledge of current Apple offerings and promotions.
- Assist in store merchandising, inventory and visual displays.
- Record sales transactions accurately and manage back‑order requests.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and product demand.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Matric / Senior Certificate.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
- Passion for and working knowledge of Apple products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑oriented attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
