About the Role

iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller with more than 30 stores across the continent. In this entry-level position you will support the Admin/Operations Manager with day‑to‑day tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your main duties will include:

  • Managing stock and asset records to reduce risk.
  • Assisting with inspections and ensuring all store policies and SOPs are followed.
  • Co‑ordinating office supplies and equipment requests.
  • Providing general clerical support to the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • A completed Matric; a tertiary qualification is a plus.
  • 1+ year of admin experience in a retail setting or 2+ years in a different industry.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
