About the Role
iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller with more than 30 stores across the continent. In this entry-level position you will support the Admin/Operations Manager with day‑to‑day tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your main duties will include:
- Managing stock and asset records to reduce risk.
- Assisting with inspections and ensuring all store policies and SOPs are followed.
- Co‑ordinating office supplies and equipment requests.
- Providing general clerical support to the team.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- A completed Matric; a tertiary qualification is a plus.
- 1+ year of admin experience in a retail setting or 2+ years in a different industry.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
