Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and curious Issuing Solutions Intern to join our team. This role offers hands‑on experience in financial analysis, operational processes, and product performance tracking within the issuing solutions unit. You will work closely with experienced professionals and learn how we manage data, support decision‑making, and collaborate across multiple teams.
During your internship you will:
- Support the creation of monthly management dashboards for Digital Enablement and prepare simple financial analysis reports.
- Assist with operational activities, including billing processes, audits, and automation projects.
- Track and measure progress against key program metrics and objectives.
- Participate in financial performance reviews by supporting P&L management activities under guidance from senior team members.
- Help prepare internal presentations and reports for cross‑functional meetings such as quarterly reviews and client updates.
- Collaborate with mentors and teammates to gain exposure to Visa’s broader product and operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Current student working toward a Bachelors or Masters degree, graduating December 2026 or summer 2027.
- Studying Economics, Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Available for the internship period (June – August 2026).
- Planning to start a graduate role by June 2027.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong analytical skills and experience solving business cases.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Superior financial analysis skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with a diverse peer group.
- Able to articulate viewpoints effectively to key stakeholders.
- Self‑confident, hands‑on, and capable of operating in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
