Job Summary

We need a detail‑oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to manage our stock processes and replenish items while keeping inventory accurate. The right candidate will have experience with inventory systems, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of tech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create product descriptions and assign SKUs.
• Update and manage product listings on our e‑commerce website.
• Calculate demand and place replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze the data to find trends.
• Serve as the main link between suppliers and stores to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management.
• Hands‑on experience using an inventory management system.
• Experience in placing orders with suppliers.
• Matric certificate; tertiary education is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of tech products is required.
