Role Mission
The internship supports customer enquiries and sales processes, aiming to improve customer satisfaction, accurate and timely supply, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Sales Support – Advise on enquiries, prepare RFQs, RFPs and mini tenders; perform preliminary technical and commercial checks.
- Order Processing – Capture orders in the ERP system, confirm delivery dates and send order confirmations.
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination – Ensure timely deliveries, manage back‑orders, assist with packaging and transport.
- Financial & Commercial Support – Trigger invoicing, perform post‑calculation checks, track order costs and manage margin accuracy.
- Collaboration – Work with customers, suppliers, project managers, procurement, technical teams and factories; share relevant information.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales administration, operational support or commercial support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- High integrity, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to different Siemens offices and project sites.
- Passion for business administration and accounting.
