Job Summary
We are seeking intelligent and motivated graduates to join our Onboarding team as Financial Assessors. This role is designed as a stepping stone, with the goal of progressing into a Financial Consultant position within 6 to 12 months for top performers.
As a Financial Assessor, you will be the first point of contact for consumers who need financial assistance and have expressed interest in our services. You will contact them, gather information about their financial situation, provide an initial assessment of their position, and educate them on how our solutions can help. You will manage client expectations, answer their questions, and transfer eligible clients to our expert Financial Consulting team.
This role requires a quick-thinking, decisive individual who is a strong ambassador for our brand. You will use our systems to connect with clients, so being tech-savvy is beneficial. We provide extensive induction and role-specific training to ensure you are fully prepared.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients who have made enquiries to gather information about their financial situation.
- Assess client financial information to determine their financial position.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Manage consumer engagements on various platforms and outbound channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations.
- Transfer eligible consumers to the Financial Consulting team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in a relevant field.
- Computer literate.
- Motivated to grow into the Financial Consulting team.
- Experience in customer service or a previous sales role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
