About the Role
This role is part of Tracker’s Scheduling division. As an Installation Support Agent you will manage the planning and coordination of installation appointments for Tracker units, ensuring exceptional customer service and high utilisation of our technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel installation appointments.
- Coordinate with technicians and fitment centres to secure optimal scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date appointment records.
- Provide timely follow‑up on leads, queries, and pending tasks.
- Track and report daily statistics, including cancellations and utilisation rates.
- Advocate Tracker’s value proposition to existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure adherence to customer service standards and SLA benchmarks.
- Collaborate with other departments and regions to support overall service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (or equivalent) qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
- Basic computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with voice‑recording of all calls.
- High level of self‑discipline and the ability to work independently.
