Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HRD Officer or designated nominator with daily HR tasks.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Recruitment Operating Procedure.
- Help maintain compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996.
- Participate in diversity and equity initiatives in line with our Employment Equity Plan and Mining Charter.
Minimum Requirements
- Tertiary Degree or National Diploma in HR Management (or equivalent).
- Strong fit with the company’s values and culture.
- Apprentice or internship experience preferred, but not mandatory.
