Contract Position
Immediate start for an experienced HR Administrator to cover a maternity leave contract in Pretoria East.
Key Deliverables
- Manage temporary employee database (400+ contractors)
- Process contract variations and extensions
- Coordinate background checks and vetting processes
- Assist with payroll input and timesheet management
- Prepare HR documentation and contract packages
- Support employee relations activities
Required Experience
- 2+ years HR administration experience
- Proven contract administration skills
- Knowledge of fixed-term contract management
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Contract Details
- Hourly rate: R180 – R220 (based on experience)
- Contract period: 6 months (possible extension)
- Working hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (Monday-Friday)
- No benefits included
Special Requirement: Must be available to start within 2 weeks of appointment
Clearance: Credit and criminal checks will be conducted
