About the Role

The HR Administrator Learnership is a temporary, full‑time position that provides comprehensive administrative support to the HR department and wider organization. The successful learner will develop professional skills in data management, compliance, and change support while contributing to SBV Services’ quality and ESG initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties assigned by relevant departments, following agreed standards.
  • Generate, maintain, and update records, files, and reports as directed.
  • Enter data into systems to keep the database current and accurate.
  • File and scan paperwork when required.
  • Assist with query resolution and follow‑ups.
  • Adhere to and promote SBV Services’ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • Support the company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) journey by reporting and managing ESG requirements.
  • Champion the department’s values, fostering confidence, enthusiasm, and commitment.
  • Act as a change management architect during periods of change, ensuring business continuity.
  • Co‑ordinate the integration of business units into seamless, end‑to‑end solutions for customers.
  • Communicate new processes clearly, escalating issues to subject‑matter experts when needed.
  • Facilitate presentations, workshops, or forums to provide consistent, accurate communication across the portfolio.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of general administration experience (preferred).
  • Grade 12 completion; a 3‑year Diploma or degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • South African citizenship.
  • Aged between 18 and 30 years old.
  • Currently unemployed.

Special Requirements

  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Will be required to be on the company’s ESIB platform.
