About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. Your main responsibilities include showcasing products, meeting sales targets, handling orders, and providing excellent customer service. You will assess customer needs, explain pricing and offers, and ensure every interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert showroom visitors into sales through product demonstrations and targeted conversations.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Capture orders accurately and manage related documentation.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and handle payments, refunds, and credits.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Manage stock levels, perform regular checks, and support restocking procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks and reporting accurately.
- Provide feedback (WFS) to improve store processes.

Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric (Minimum Required).
- At least 1 year of retail experience.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in homewares retail is a plus.
