About the Job
Hollywoodbets is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our Purple Team and work from Polokwane. In this role you will promote our mobile betting services at a variety of events, interact with customers, and help grow our mobile customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend events as a brand ambassador and promote Hollywoodbets products and services.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly mobile sales targets.
- Demonstrate mobile products and explain how to place bets.
- Assist customers with account and betting queries.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with the Hollywood dress code.
- Set up displays and arrange outlets to attract punters.
- Register new customers and process FICA registration documents.
- Keep work areas tidy and maintain mobile equipment and inventory.
- Travel extensively within and outside your region as required.
- Carry out any other duties that support the business.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of event management or sales experience.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to understand and explain betting markets and products.
- Creative problem‑solving and client‑service mindset.
- Knowledge of top‑up voucher distributions.
