About the Role

Hollywoodbets is inviting a dedicated Mobile Clerk to join our Polokwane branch. The role is central to driving mobile engagement, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the growth of our mobile betting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patrons with mobile, web, and Phone‑A‑Bet account and betting questions.
• Promote the mobile platform and betting products to both new and existing customers.
• Help open new Hollywood accounts, ensuring all FICA compliance and documentation (clear ID and proof of address) is submitted promptly.
• Use FICA documents daily with the FICA department and confirm each account has a clear photo.
• Encourage new customers to use the sign‑up bonus and demonstrate how to bet on the mobile application.
• Drive daily mobile sales targets and increase the mobile customer base.
• Set up and manage attractive displays and promotional materials at the branch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to create a professional customer experience.
• Handle cash ups in accordance with procedures and report any discrepancies to management.
• Guard and manage mobile equipment and inventory responsibly.
• Approach punters proactively, use the help‑desk terminal, and share engaging information about Hollywoodbets.
• Travel between branches or stores if required by operational needs.
