Join the Hollywoodbets Purple Team and become part of a leading brand that has grown from a small Durban operation into a powerhouse across Africa and the United Kingdom. As a Food & Beverage Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient F&B operations across all regions.
Your Responsibilities
- Report GP% from GAAP to the Area F&B Manager.
- Ensure all F&B branches operate correctly on GAAP and maintain accurate system entries.
- Conduct GRV processes and verify them against set requirements.
- Compile stock reports for all regions and branches.
- Reconcile bank, stock, and sales data; investigate any variances, shortages, or wastage.
- Support the National/Area Manager in investigating F&B stock issues in the KZN region.
- Manage F&B cash flow in regions and work closely with internal auditors to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Extract sales information, capture daily end‑of‑day reconciliation data, and bank statements.
- Validate daily F&B documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly F&B trading results for inclusion in management accounts and GP spreadsheets.
- Review and balance daily Waitron sales data; coordinate with branch managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist branch managers in implementing and training staff on F&B procedures.
- Coordinate documentation flow between branches and support teams.
- Collaborate with creditors on supplier queries and resolve issues.
- Plan and manage F&B staffing across regions, aligning with busy periods, events, and operating hours.
- Ensure timely submission of all daily, weekly, and monthly F&A reports.
- Handle any other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash management experience.
- Experience in food and beverage operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GAAP systems.
- Background in stock management.
