Program Overview
Hollard is launching a 12‑month Learnership designed to give South Africa’s unemployed youth the skills and experience to thrive in the insurance industry. Participants will receive:
- Interactive learning sessions
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
- Practical and theoretical training
- A nationally recognised NQF Level 4 Certificate in Insurance

We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Ready to learn and grow
- Fluent in English
- Strong listeners and communicators
- Integrity‑driven and able to solve problems
- Good at multitasking
Eligibility
To be considered you must:
- Be a South African citizen aged 18‑25
- Have completed Matric/Grade 12
- Score 60% or higher in English and one other language
- Score 50% in Maths and 60% or higher in Maths Literacy
- Not currently be studying or enrolled in another learnership program
- Not have previously participated in a formal learnership in the insurance industry
- Currently be unemployed or have not worked in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Have basic computer literacy (advantageous)
