About the Program
Hollard is offering a 12‑month Learnership designed to ignite the potential of unemployed youth with disabilities. The program will provide:
- Interactive learning experiences
- Mentorship from industry experts
- Practical and theoretical training
- A nationally recognised Insurance qualification (NQF Level 4 certificate)
Employment Details
This role is available for South African citizens aged 18–30 who are unemployed or have not been employed in a corporate environment for more than six months. The learnership will be conducted in a hybrid setting, combining onsite and virtual training.

Required Knowledge and Experience
None of the usual work experience is required; this is a learning role. Applicants must be willing to learn and demonstrate:
- Strong English communication skills
- Good listening ability
- Integrity and honesty
- Problem‑solving skills
- Multi‑tasking capability
Educational Requirements
- Completed Matric/Grade 12
- Pass in English with 50% or higher and one other language
- Pass in Maths with 40% or higher
- Pass in Maths Literacy with 50% or higher

- Not currently enrolled in any learnership program
- Not previously participated in a formal learnership program in the insurance industry
- Not currently studying full‑time
- Computer literacy is an advantage
