About the Program

Hollard is offering a 12‑month Learnership designed to ignite the potential of unemployed youth with disabilities. The program will provide:

  • Interactive learning experiences
  • Mentorship from industry experts
  • Practical and theoretical training
  • A nationally recognised Insurance qualification (NQF Level 4 certificate)

Employment Details

This role is available for South African citizens aged 18–30 who are unemployed or have not been employed in a corporate environment for more than six months. The learnership will be conducted in a hybrid setting, combining onsite and virtual training.

Required Knowledge and Experience

None of the usual work experience is required; this is a learning role. Applicants must be willing to learn and demonstrate:

  • Problem‑solving skills
  • Multi‑tasking capability

Educational Requirements

  • Completed Matric/Grade 12
  • Pass in English with 50% or higher and one other language
  • Pass in Maths with 40% or higher
  • Pass in Maths Literacy with 50% or higher

  • Not currently enrolled in any learnership program
  • Not previously participated in a formal learnership program in the insurance industry
  • Not currently studying full‑time
  • Computer literacy is an advantage
