About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented B‑BBEE / HR Intern to support our Broad‑Based Black Economic Empowerment initiatives and other Human Resources activities. The role is primarily administrative and project‑management focused, with a strong emphasis on compliance documentation and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain B‑BBEE compliance documentation.
  • Collect, verify, and analyze data for B‑BBEE reporting.
  • Manage tasks related to B‑BBEE scorecard administration.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure B‑BBEE compliance.
  • Keep accurate records and update documentation as needed.
  • Support Employment Equity and Skills Development initiatives.
  • Handle project‑management tasks within the HR Business Unit.
  • Contribute to HR operational projects and meet deliverable deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional communication with employees.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Graduated within the last 12 months.

Qualifications

  • Relevant HR or compliance qualification.
  • Project Management qualification is a plus.
