About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic students in the final year of a relevant tertiary qualification to join our Quality Department. The successful candidates will work under the Intrinsic Quality Manager and gain hands‑on experience in:
- Quality Control and Assurance (intrinsic & extrinsic control, Quality Management Systems)
- Research related to food safety and product integrity
- Production processes within a global brewery
What We Expect
- South African citizenship
- Good academic record and final year of studies (National Diploma in Food Technology / Analytical Chemistry, BSc Biotechnology, etc.)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication, presentation and teamwork abilities
- Effective time‑management and the capacity to work under pressure
- Ready to handle the physical demands of the role
- Reliable transport to and from the workplace
- Willingness and commitment to complete the full 12‑month internship
