About the Job

This position involves a wide range of maintenance duties designed to keep our facilities running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical tasks on the job site.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs.
• Conduct general building maintenance.
• Move, repair, and maintain furniture.
• Install or replace floors, tiles, and stairs as needed.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Carry out thorough facility inspections and schedule any necessary internal or external repairs.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of all work performed.
• Work safely at heights (non‑acrophobia). 
• Be available for overtime duties when required.

Skills Required

• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Strong customer‑service skills.
• Ability to use common power and hand tools.
• Self‑starter with good time‑management abilities.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Effective communication across all levels.
