About the Role
Old Mutual invites enthusiastic graduates to join our Group Internal Audit Graduate Programme. This programme is designed to launch your career in finance and internal audit, providing you with practical experience, mentorship, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of process understanding and risk & control matrices.
- Support the preparation of substantive audit tests.
- Build and maintain client relationships at an appropriate level.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve audit objectives.
- Apply industry and technical knowledge to audit assignments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit methods.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Science (B.BusSci) in Finance or a related field.
- Post‑graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting or similar (preferred).
- South African citizenship.
- Minimum average of 65% across your studies.
