Join Givaudan, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and cosmetics, where we create products that bring joy and well‑being to people worldwide. We’re looking for a motivated learner to join our Human Resources team for a 1‑year learnership that offers hands‑on experience and professional growth.
What you will do
- Recruitment: Post job requisitions on Engage, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with reference checks and pre‑employment paperwork. Represent Givaudan at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Onboarding: Support new hire onboarding, manage employee files, and update personnel records to ensure compliance.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare weekly wages, calculate timesheets, overtime, shift and transport allowances, and update temporary employee contract sheets.
- Training & Development: Identify accredited training suppliers, maintain internal training records, organize training rooms, manage attendance registers and certifications, and schedule sessions in employee diaries.
- General HR duties: Assist with wellness initiatives, process SAP purchase orders, handle filing, and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration (or currently studying for a related qualification).
- Computer skills – proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage details.
- Honesty, integrity, and a high level of professionalism.
- Good organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
