About the Role
RCL FOODS needs a General Worker for its Groceries Business Unit. The role is based in Molteno and reports to the Shift Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the production area clean and tidy.
- Assist with packing and sorting of Ouma Rusks products.
- Support machine operators by loading and unloading materials.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Report equipment faults or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain hygiene in the work area.
- Help with stock counts and inventory checks when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent).
- Basic hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and public holidays as required.
