Role Overview
You will be an essential part of our food and beverage team, ensuring that customers receive high‑quality service while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with company and statutory regulations.
- Meet quality standards for customer service, health and safety, and food.
- Assist in preparing meals, especially salads and desserts, and place food on the serving line.
- Keep the serving line stocked and clean; manage leftover food records.
- Keep canteen tables, kitchen and other areas tidy.
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet contractual expectations.
- Help with stock counts and handover between shifts.
- Take action on customer complaints or compliments.
- Attend meetings, training sessions and other required activities.
- Perform related tasks as assigned by management.

- Enjoy practical, methodical work.
- Honest, reliable, and good hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to work quickly and safely.
- Excellent personal hygiene.
- Free from food and detergent allergies.
- Strong communication skills.

Qualifications
At least a matric or senior certificate is required.
