About the Job
Your role will be to handle repairs and maintenance on the premises. You will work on a variety of tasks that keep the property safe, functional, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs, including carpentry and drywall fixing.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, painting, floor inspections, and equipment upkeep.
- Build and install cabinets, counters, closets, and other fixtures.
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues using analytical thinking and quick problem‑solving skills.
- Use Microsoft Office and other building maintenance applications.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies, ensuring proper storage of materials.
- Communicate with clients and management about repair needs and project status.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- A handyman course or related training is an advantage.
