Description

FlySafair is seeking dedicated and detail‑oriented staff to join our team as temporary Stock & Compliance Assistants. The role supports our operational integrity by ensuring accurate inventory management and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

• Conduct physical stock counts for airside trolleys and storage areas.
• Record and capture stock data accurately in the designated systems.
• Confirm that all trolleys are properly sealed and that stock handling complies with approved procedures.
• Monitor compliance by flight crew and catering partners.
• Report any discrepancies or non‑compliance quickly to management.
• Assist with ad‑hoc stock control and compliance tasks as required.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent (essential).
• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (advantageous).
• At least 1 year of experience in stock control, inventory, compliance monitoring, or a related field (essential).
• Experience in aviation, catering, or FMCG environments (advantageous).
• Familiarity with stock management systems and ERP platforms (advantageous).
• Willingness to work overtime and on standby.
• Basic understanding of stock management principles.
