Job Description

Join FlySafair as a Customer Service Agent, helping passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes while ensuring smooth operations during disruptions and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, explaining all rules and procedures.
  • Handle flight disruptions and cancellations efficiently.
  • Safeguard confidential information.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Escalate complex issues to the on‑duty supervisor.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience in airport or ticket sales.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer‑service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English, with proper phone etiquette.
  • Conflict‑resolution ability.
