Job Description
Join FlySafair as a Customer Service Agent, helping passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes while ensuring smooth operations during disruptions and cancellations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, explaining all rules and procedures.
- Handle flight disruptions and cancellations efficiently.
- Safeguard confidential information.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the on‑duty supervisor.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience in airport or ticket sales.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer‑service skills.
- Strong written and verbal English, with proper phone etiquette.
- Conflict‑resolution ability.
