The training will prepare you to become a qualified Financial Adviser under the FAIS Act.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and real‑time on‑the‑job learning.
• Assist customers in achieving their financial objectives while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Execute daily tasks such as customer support, administration, sales, and quality assurance, all while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development and meet performance targets set by the company.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or an equivalent field.
• Eligibility for the 12‑month learnership and ability to commit full time.
• Optional: FSCA‑approved qualification or a Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5) will be an advantage.
• Integrity, honesty, and commitment to professional growth are essential.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Accounting (required).
• National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12) – required.
